Oh when the saints go marching in...
This year for Inktober I’m making one large scene of a "march" of Catholic saints. I'll add (or try to add!) one saint every day through October, leading up to All Saints Day on November 1st.
My inspiration is Fra Angelico’s “The Forerunners of Christ with Saints and Martyrs” painting.

Tools
I'm using a 2B pencil, a Pentel Pocket brush pen, a gold acrylic paint pen (we had them around for painting rocks during quarantine), and an occasional light wash of brown ink on 16"x20" hot press watercolor paper.
